Put It In Neutral

Hi, can you suggest decor ideas for nurseries that would work for both boys and girls, on a small budget?

—R.L.

Bat-Sheva responds:

I love designing a neutral nursery because traditional pink and blue really limit the room, whereas a neutral nursery lasts from child to child. If you pick a few sophisticated decor pieces, they can grow with your child into their teenage years, which is why a lot of the decorative items I chose here have the added advantage of being easily removable, like peel-and-stick decal wallpaper, or interchangeable, like picture ledges.
